2. Use Filters to Refine Your Search
Find care that suits your family by using filters such as:

- CPR Certified
- Languages spoken
These filters help you narrow down providers that match your specific needs.
3. Read Profiles & Reach Out Directly
Once you find someone you’re interested in, click on their listing to:

4. Background Checks Reviewed
All caregivers on UmahCare are required to submit a valid background check (within the last 12 months) before their listing is published. We review these documents as part of our internal screening process.
📌 However, we do not perform independent background checks or certify any provider. Families are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before hiring.
5. Make Arrangements Off-Platform
Once you’ve selected a care provider, you may:
- Interview them

- Arrange payment terms privately
